We continue to offer consumers products that are “Appealing, Playful, and Useful”, collaborate with partners to build a responsible supply chain, and actively engage in public welfare and charity to convey love and positive energy.
Sustainable Supply Chain
We continue to improve our supply chain management system. In terms of supplier management, we have been checking the access audits, supervision and inspection, capacity enhancement and responsible supply chain, etc. Our suppliers are also required to meet ESG requirements related to environmental protection, anti-corruption, labor management, etc., so that we can jointly build a sustainable and responsible supply chain system.
  • Compulsory
    We have incorporated social responsibility requirements into our supplier access standards, and listed labor rights protection, environmental standards (requiring all types of pollutants to be treated in compliance before discharge), and health and safety as key elements of social responsibility in the Factory Inspection Guideline for audits performed by MINISO and third-party organizations. We regard a supplier's compliance with social responsibility to be of equal importance to quality, price, and other assessment factors in terms of importance. Should any violation be detected, we will apply a veto to the supplier.

    We include relevant clauses regarding the code of conduct for social responsibility in our supplier cooperation agreements, such as the Supplier Code of Conduct. Suppliers are required to sign and adhere to these provisions.
  • Encouraging
    We encourage suppliers to obtain certifications such as ISO 45001, ISO 14000, and BSCI, and we require suppliers to provide ISO 9001 certification before formal product delivery.

    We encourage suppliers to enhance their social responsibility performance through incentive policies, such as prioritizing the launch of products related to green procurement.

    Lion King Plan

    Through the Lion King Plan, we cultivate at least 30 complex merchandising talents every year and send them to various product categories and overseas markets.

Harmony Community
We actively engage in public welfare and charity, take on the responsibilities and duties of corporate citizenship, and promote the implementation of programs on the five major public welfare themes: "children", "women", "critical illnesses", "disasters" and “pets”. We encourage our employees to actively participate in volunteer work, community welfare, epidemic prevention and control, and other volunteer services, which to provide support and assistance to groups in need within their capabilities.
