Materiality Topics Identification

With referred to the ESG Reporting Code, IFRS S1 - General Requirements for Sustainability-related Financial Information Disclosure, and the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework, and benchmarked against industry trends, expectations of stakeholders, and the results of the questionnaire survey, we have identified 24 material ESG topics.
ESG Topics Materiality Assessment and Ranking

Based on the principle of double materiality, we have assessed and rank the importance of ESG topics regarding the Company's internal financial impact and the impact on external stakeholders, and identified the ESG topics with double materiality.
ESG Topics Matrix Confirmation and Approval

After the Board of Directors and the Management confirmed and approved the results of the materiality analysis, we have plotted the ESG materiality topics matrix.
